Each dish will be perfectly paired with creative cocktails featuring Vago Mezcal and Herradura Tequila, showcasing a harmonious blend of these vibrant regions.

Priced at $90 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the night will unfold with a welcoming cocktail reception, setting the stage for the five-course dinner. 

Throughout the evening, Chef Alejandro's culinary expertise will be on full display as he shares the stories behind each dish, showcasing the connection between the ingredients and their regional roots. Chicheria Beverage Director Will Simpson will offer insights into the creative cocktail creations.
