Embark on a culinary journey with Chef Alejandro Tamez as he explores the deep-rooted flavors and traditions of the Baja and Oaxaca regions of Mexico through a specially crafted 5-course menu. Each dish will be perfectly paired with creative cocktails featuring Vago Mezcal and Herradura Tequila, showcasing a harmonious blend of these vibrant regions.

Priced at $90 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), the night will unfold with a welcoming cocktail reception, setting the stage for the five-course dinner.
